Excellent food. Drink menu could be expanded. The blackened mahi tacos are the best I have ever had.

Stopped in for breakfast before leaving the island at the end of our vacation. Service was fast. Food was reasonably priced and good. Nothing fancy, just typical breakfast food. Ordered at the counter and found seats. Staff brings food to you. There's indoor and outdoor seating.

Great seafood and sandwiches. Tried the oyster and shrimp poorboys as well as the club sandwich. Excellent food and excellent service. Very fast service and reasonable prices. A most enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Stopped here with my family and tried the crab cake sandwich and mahi mahi sandwich. Both were excellent! Everything was very flavorful and fresh. Also like to note that they have a good social distancing ordering procedure and some outdoor picnic tables if we want to eat onsite.

Although they are only offering curbside service the food and service was amazing

Food was ok but definitely a bit pricey and the crab cakes had too much pepper.

Great little spot seconds away from the campground we were staying at. Great, fast service. Decent amount of seating. Some might be thrown off by the order at the counter and seat yourself style (at least that’s how it was for breakfast), but we didn’t mind at all. Got a breakfast sandwich and an omelette and both were very good. Prices are also very reasonable for the amount of food you get.

Amazing place to eat. The breakfast was excellent, with a cozy at home atmosphere. I highly recommend you take the tuner to stop and have a bite... you will not be disappointed. 😁

Ate at Atlantic Coast Cafe twice in the same week. Reuben sandwich was great, fries are good as well. Had a burger the second time it wasn't spectacular but it was good. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Coast Cafe, service was fast and friendly. Would be 5 stars but kind of expensive.

Excellent food. I ordered take out, so I have no comment about a dine in experience. However, take out was quick and easy. I ordered the seafood platter and actually got adequate portions (other restaurants in the area provide these padiddily sized portions done in three fork fulls). I would definitely go back.

Great food!! We ordered online when we were 20 minutes away. Called when we got there and our food was in hand 5 minutes later. Too bad they can only do take out...but it was very, very good!! Super friendly and quick as well!

Great cafe. Bacon cheese burger wrap was delicious. Cooked perfectly, bring your appetite nice size sandwich!! Yum

The shrimp were good. The fish was good. The crab cake was a little heavy on the Old Bay, but not bad. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Friendly staff. Convenient location. I'll probably eat here again before I go home, and again when I visit the Outer Banks next.

We always go here a couple of times during our beach week. Usually once for breakfast and once for lunch. The food is good and service is pretty fast but it is made while you wait, not premade. We go during the off season and often, the inside tables are mostly taken.

See this food...or some other bad pun. A better one. The point is that it's delicious, fast and local. Fish is great. Sweet potato fries are awesome. Nice folks, good place.

Fast service! Cooked to order breakfast was awesome. I had the "The Waves breakfast burrito" it was delicious and filling! We stop every year on our way out of Hatteras.

Had the Rodanthe slammer.. was exceptional.. They were extremely helpful with our large order

We stopped here for breakfast and the food was great as well as the service. We had the biscuit and gravy and a croissant. I also had a latte that was very good. The young lady who was working the front of house by herself done a great job even when it got busy.

Stopped in after the lunch rush with my grandson, the food was great and at a price you can afford.. the manager was there and was friendly, answering questions I put out. My tuna wrap was fresh and delicious, the hamburger ate by my grandson was said to be the "best".. I know there really busy during lunch hours, so it was nice to go during there down time.. they also have a great outdoor porch facing the side to the back that was comfortable to sit at. A definite place I will visit again my next visit to the island.

Got to-go here while on family vacation. The food was great and the curbside pickup made it a super easy process.

Best burger I've had in a long time. My husband liked the shrimp basket as well. For you eco friendly people, their to go containers are recycled paper. Two thumbs up!

It's an oasis. Good food, catch'em early catch'em slow. Can't say much for the Latte Barista. But I'd still go back. Back in 2018. Great breakfast and lunch.

Great selection of food. Pretty good overall. Could have a few things improved food wise. But I think for the location this is the best place around.

Great food, the grilled veggie hummus wrap is delightful! Their cheese fries are what keep us coming back year after year, though, they need to make their mac'n'cheese using that cheese sauce! Their smoothies are also amazing, they're super fresh, and don't have added sugars, so they're pretty healthy.

What this place lacks in atmosphere it makes up for with the food! Fresh, delicious, very generous portions... my husband and I both loved our meals and will definitely go back the next time we're here! Don't judge a book by its cover, sometimes those little hole in the wall looking places have the best food while the more swanky places have the worst. Very pleased!

This restaurant was very good. I had a bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich and a side of just the sausage gravy( to try it). Both were very good and a good price. The only down side for me was you had to go up to the counter to order your food then sit down. The lady that took my order was very nice and even told me where I could get good pastries

If you're looking for a veggie burger on the beach, you've gotta hit up Atlantic Coast Cafe. Amazing burger and addicting sweet potato fries. Truly. I'm having withdrawal. The staff is great and it's as perfectly laid back as you want a beach cafe to be.

We were down 8years ago and are making a return visit in 2 weeks. See you soon.

Wasn't too sure about the place when we saw we had to order from the counter, but I'm really glad we stayed. The food was delicious, the service was quick and friendly, the portion are generous. The place look like it's popular we had to wait a little bit to be seated.

Food is fast and delicious. Biscuits and gravy was awesome. And pancakes and French toast were pretty on point as well.

Did curb side pickup due to COVID and ate at Salvo day use area watching the sunset. The food was very tasteful and good value.

We ordered from here several times during our vacation for breakfast and dinner. The whole family agrees it was the best place in Rodanthe! The food was great. The burgers are handmade and the quality shows. We ordered take out due to COVID restrictions and they brought it right out to the car and were friendly and fast. We will probably eat here again before we head home.

Small place but clean, friendly and pretty quick. Had a great breakfast on our way to Cape Hatteras. Worth making the stop!

Consistently good food and service. We stop here every year we come to the Outer Banks several times. Sometimes just for the delicious coffee drinks and sometimes for lunch. I would highly recommend the blackened fresh fish bites.

Great Chi Tea Latte and coffee. My wife said it was the best Chi Tea Latte she has ever had. Solid breakfast menu and excellent blueberry pancakes. Will be back to check out dinner.

Nice little place to grab a bite to eat. This place is a bit small, but offers additional outdoor seating. I felt that the service was excellent, as it was busy when we were there, and the wait staff was really moving around quickly to bring people their orders. When you order your drink, you fill it yourself at a fountain drink machine. They were out of ice, but the staff was able to give us cups of ice when we asked. The food was good, but I felt that it was a bit pricey for what you got. We all loved the disco fries (gravy and cheese)!!!

Hard to give a fair review because of the covid-19. We stood outside on the porch and looked at the menu, then called in our order. It was not long before our food was brought to our truck by a masked employee who was very pleasant. The food was quite good and we enjoyed it, but it's not like sitting down inside and ordering a couple of beverages with it.

Lunchtime fish tacos promted us to revisit original dinner plans and order from Atlantic Coast again for dinner!
